Happy Canada Day! I was born and raised in Toronto. I am a Canadian citizen and travel with a Canadian passport. I am very proud of my Canadian heritage. Canadian themes are frequently incorporated into my artworks.

This past November I delivered two of my light sculptures to be permanently displayed at the University of Toronto. While there I visited my childhood stomping ground, High Park. A brief YouTube video is HERE. 

Given the current summer heat, it would be wonderful to escape into a cool environment. I currently live within walking distance of Canada Park. A brief wintery video is HERE.

I pray and hope that Canada resurrects its previous moral stature where dedication, industry and hard work are rewarded, When I grew up in Toronto the city’s official moto was “Industry. Intelligence. Integrity.” A few years ago this was replaced by politically correct dribble. Hopefully, Intelligence will return to Toronto’s City Hall and to Canada in general.
