Common sense has become extremely uncommon in current medical practice. Discussions about vaccinations have become polarized. I have a tremendous amount of clinical experience handling infectious diseases in very fragile cerebral palsy children. In addition I have a solid academic background. This is an up-to-date review of what vaccines are, their benefit and side-effects. This discussion covers vaccines for children and adults. Also, I review the dishonesty that permeated the world’s medical establishment during the covid pandemic. Informed consent needs to be brought back into active clinical practice.
